Reiki is translated from Japanese as “Universal Life Energy”. REI– spirit or soul, UNIVERSAL-God, KI– energy, force, breath of life or energy. Almost all “religious” doctrines refer to this breath of life or energy. Reiki is a Japanese method of hands on healing. It is a self help technique for personal growth and transformation. Reiki energy is energy of the universe. Reiki is NOT a cult ,witchcraft or the work of the “devil”! It is a method for activating, restoring and balancing of natural energy from within, that has been depleted or blocked.

At Massage Break you can learn how to use this "healing energy" through Reiki Certificate I and Certificate II. These courses are based on the Usui System of Natural Healing and are taught at the Massage Break rooms over a two dat period. They come complete with a manual.
